分析了热轧带钢表面彗星状结疤缺陷的形成过程及分布规律,并对彗星状缺陷的微观组织进行了成分分析。结果表明,机架间使用的直接冷却水蒸气吸附于机架内各处,产生大量的水垢,水垢、锈蚀、机架内灰尘和油脂等物质混合形成机架积垢物,该积垢物在轧制过程中由于机架振动等原因剥落,掉落至带钢表面并随工作辊轧入带钢表面,是形成热轧带钢表面彗星状缺陷的主要原因。
The formation process and distribution of comet - like scarring defects on hot strip were analyzed. The microstructure of comet - like defects was also analyzed.
