为揭示捻向组合对钢丝绳股内钢丝应力的影响规律,根据钢丝绳捻制成形理论,以6×19IWS型右同向捻和右交互捻2种钢丝绳为例,利用ANSYS软件建立了钢丝绳的有限元模型,并结合钢丝绳的强度理论,对其进行拉伸载荷下的非线性有限元分析。结果表明,钢丝绳股内侧丝的应力呈空间二次螺旋线形状变化,并且侧丝越靠近外侧,其应力值越大;交互捻钢丝绳应力水平及变化幅度低于同向捻钢丝绳。
In order to reveal the influence of twist combination on the wire stress in wire ropes, according to the wire rope twisting forming theory, taking 6 × 19 IWS right co-twisting and right cross twisting 2 wire ropes as an example, ANSYS software was used to establish the finite element Model, combined with the strength theory of steel wire rope, subjected to nonlinear finite element analysis under tensile load. The results show that the stress of the inner wire of the wire rope changes in the shape of quadratic spiral space, and the stress value increases with the increase of the lateral wire. The stress level and the variation range of the cross-twisted wire rope are lower than that of the same-direction twisted wire rope.
