上世纪80年代,电子政务进入我国并逐渐发展起来,政府网站的运作作为我国电子政务中重要的一部分,发挥着服务群众和联系群众的关键作用。政府网站中“公众参与”版块起着沟通群众和政民互动的作用。地方政府网站为主要研究对象,从公众与政府双向角度研究中国地方政府网站“公众参与”建设情况以及问题分析,并提出对策建议。
In the 1980s, e-government entered our country and gradually developed. The operation of government websites, as an important part of China’s e-government, plays a key role in serving the masses and connecting the masses. The “Public Participation” section of the government website plays the role of communication between the masses and government and people.
