颈阔肌肌 (皮 )瓣修复口腔颌面部软组织缺损国内外报道很多[1 3 ] 。我院 1993年 7月— 1997年 7月应用此瓣修复头颈恶性肿瘤 11例 ,均取得较好效果 ,现报告如下。1　临床资料1.1一般资料　本组 11例中 ,男 9例 ,女 2例 ,年龄 5 0～ 76岁 ,平均 6 2岁。 11例均为头颈恶性肿瘤且 Platysma (skin) flap to repair oral and maxillofacial soft tissue defects at home and abroad many reports [13].
