一、概述 1.传感器和传感技术在科学研究、工农业生产、国防建设和日常生活中,人们得到的信息绝大多数是非电量信息,这些信息即使能够被检测出来也难于放大、处理和传输。为此,需要有一种特殊的功能器件来灵敏地检测有关信息并把这些信息变成便于接受、加工的电信号,具备这种特殊功能的器件叫传感器。更确切地说,传感器是按一定规律将各种被测量(包括物理、化学、生物量等)转换成便于处理的物理量的元器件。
