企业信息化建设绝不是一个可以直接套用的工具,每个企业以其独具特色的企业环境和文化理念对信息化建设提出了不同的要求。文章以山西四建集团有限公司费用管理信息化为背景,阐述了费用预算管理及信息化平台建立对企业管理提升所起到的作用和得出的一些启示。
The construction of enterprise information is by no means a tool that can be directly applied. Each enterprise puts forward different requirements for its informatization construction with its unique corporate environment and cultural concept. Based on the information management of expense management in Shanxi Sijian Group Co., Ltd., the article expounds the role played by cost budget management and information platform establishment in promoting enterprise management and some enlightenments drawn from it.
