The improvement of teachers’ professional development can not be separated from the teacher’s profound reflection on teaching experience and teaching practice. Teaching reflection is also an effective way and necessary way for teachers to continuously develop from experienced teachers to research-oriented, expert-oriented and scholar-based teachers.
