[目的]研究烟丝及卷烟烟气中糖醇对卷烟吸食品质的影响。[方法]采用离子色谱法分别对9个市售牌号的卷烟烟丝和主流烟气的糖醇进行定性和定量分析。[结果]卷烟烟丝与烟气中均含有肌醇、赤藓糖醇、木糖醇、阿拉伯糖醇、山梨醇、甘露糖醇6种物质;烟丝中肌醇含量最高,占其总量的50%~95%;烟气中糖醇的测定结果显示,不同种类糖醇的转移率有着较大差异,且卷烟主流烟气中糖醇含量已经达到甜味阈值的理论浓度。[结论]从改善卷烟吸食品质的角度来看,上述结果为糖醇在卷烟生产工艺中的应用提供了理论依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the influence of sugar alcohol in cigarette and cigarette smoke on smoking quality of cigarette. [Method] The qualitative and quantitative analysis of nine commercial brands of cigarette cut tobacco and sugar alcohol in mainstream smoke was carried out by ion chromatography. [Result] Six kinds of substances, inositol, erythritol, xylitol, arabinitol, sorbitol and mannitol, were contained in the tobacco smoke and flue gas. The content of inositol in cut tobacco was the highest, accounting for 50% % ~ 95%. The results of sugar alcohol measurement in flue gas show that the transfer rates of different types of sugar alcohols are quite different, and the sugar alcohol content in mainstream cigarette smoke has reached the theoretical sweetness threshold. [Conclusion] From the perspective of improving smoked quality of cigarettes, the above results provide a theoretical basis for the application of sugar alcohol in cigarette production process.
