目的探讨后巩膜开放、半巩膜腔内羟基磷灰石义眼台植入联合软性义眼片安装的临床效果。方法我们对48例因不同原因导致眼球萎缩、角巩膜葡萄肿和眼球摘除术后的患者行后巩膜开放、半巩膜腔内HA植入联合软性义眼片安装手术。结果48例中只有3例球结膜中央裂开,小于3mm,义眼台未外露,无明显严重并发症发生。结论该手术方法简单、安全、并发症少,术后义眼的活动度好,外观满意。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of posterior scleral opening and hydroxyapatite orbital implantation in the hemi-scleral cavity in combination with soft eyelid prosthesis. Methods We retrospectively performed the posterior scleral opening in 48 patients with atrophy of the atrophy of the eye, scleral staphyloma and enucleation of ocular surface due to different causes. Results In 48 cases, only 3 cases had a bulbar conjunctiva ruptured, less than 3 mm in diameter, which was not exposed and no serious complication occurred. Conclusion The operation method is simple, safe, less complications, postoperative sense of eye activity is good, the appearance of satisfaction.
