目的 观察分析重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子 (rhG -CSF)对小儿急性白血病化疗后粒细胞减少症的治疗效果和对感染的防治效果。方法 对急性白血病患儿 ,以化疗后外周血白细胞 (WBC) <1 0× 10 9/L和 (或 )中性粒细胞绝对值 (ANC) <0 5× 10 9/L为标准 ,分为接受rhG -CSF治疗的治疗组 (110例次 )和对照组 (2 9例次 ) ,比较两组间粒细胞恢复的程度和时间 ,以及感染发生率的差异。结果 rhG -CSF治疗化疗后粒细胞减少症 ,有效率达 95 5 % ,治疗组外周血WBC及ANC恢复的数值和时间明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,且感染的发生率明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 rhG -CSF可明显缩短化疗后粒细胞减少的持续时间 ,对感染有重要的防治作用 ,化疗后WBC低下时应及时应用rhG -CSF。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of recombinant human granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (rhG-CSF) on neutropenia after chemotherapy in children with acute leukemia and its control effect on infection.
