阐述了首秦2号高炉卡鲁金热风炉热风管道系统长寿维护实践过程。通过热风支管三通部位实施整体浇注施工,更换2号热风支管波纹补偿器内砖衬等施工方法,有效降低了外围炉壳的温度;分析了管道系统内衬破损原因,并提出了改进建议;同时结合经验,提出了热风系统检修维护方法和耐火材料的品种的选择。
The practice of longevity maintenance of the hot air duct system of the Karu Jin hot blast stove in the Shouqin No. 2 blast furnace was expounded. Through the construction of integral pouring through the tee branch of the hot air branch and the replacement of the brick lining in the corrugated compensator of No. 2 hot air branch pipe, the temperature of the outer shell is effectively reduced. The reason of the pipeline lining rupture is analyzed and some suggestions for improvement are put forward. At the same time combined with experience, proposed hot air system maintenance methods and refractory varieties of choice.
