现将我院１９８７～１９９７年收治的３６例神经精神性红斑狼疮（ＮＰＬＥ）报告如下。１ 临床资料１．１一般资料 本组病例均符合１９８２年美国风湿协会确定的系统性红斑狼疮（ＳＬＥ）诊断标准，其中女３３例，男３例。女：男为１１：１，年龄１４～６３岁，平均２９岁。
Now our hospital from 1987 to 1997 admitted 36 cases of neuropathic lupus erythematosus (NPLE) reported as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information The patients were in line with the 1982 American Rheumatism Association established systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) diagnostic criteria, including 33 females, 3 males. Female: male 11: 1, aged 14 to 63 years old, average 29 years old.
