随着经济的不断发展,我国的内河港口企业规模也在逐渐扩大,形成了相对稳定的管理模式,但与此同时,内河港口企业间的市场化竞争也越来越激烈。为了实现更加优化的成本控制,减少成本费用的支出,避免无效的浪费,增加经济收益,就必须加强内河港口企业成本控制的精细化管理,以适应市场经济的快速发展。本文将根据当前我国内河港口企业成本控制管理的实际状况,分析其成本精细化管理程度不高的主要原因,提出优化内河港口企业成本控制精细化管理的有效对策,以提高内河港口企业的核心竞争力,增加企业的经济效益。
With the continuous development of the economy, the size of China’s inland port enterprises is gradually expanding, forming a relatively stable management mode. However, at the same time, market competition between inland port enterprises is also becoming more and more fierce. In order to achieve more optimized cost control, reduce costs and expenditures, avoid ineffective waste and increase economic returns, it is necessary to strengthen the fine management of cost control of inland port enterprises in order to adapt to the rapid development of a market economy. Based on the actual situation of cost control and management of inland port enterprises in our country, this paper analyzes the main reasons for the low degree of cost fine management and puts forward some effective countermeasures to optimize the cost control of inland port enterprises so as to improve the core competition among river port enterprises Force, increase the economic efficiency of enterprises.
