以建筑业为研究对象,探讨建筑业社会责任的内涵及其利益相关者结构层次。在阐述建筑业社会责任对建筑业发展的重要作用基础上,基于利益相关者理论,分析建筑业社会责任和利益相关者之间的相互作用关系。针对目前我国建筑业在履行社会责任方面存在的质量安全、农民工权益、诚信等问题,分析建筑业社会责任建设方面的深层次原因,并提出建筑业社会责任可持续发展的相应对策和建议。
Taking the construction industry as the research object, this paper discusses the connotation of social responsibility of construction industry and the structure of stakeholders. On the basis of explaining the important role of social responsibility of construction industry in the development of construction industry, this paper analyzes the social responsibility of construction industry and the interaction between stakeholders based on stakeholder theory. In view of the problems of quality and safety, migrant workers’ rights and interests, honesty and trustworthiness existing in the construction industry in our country at present, this paper analyzes the deep reasons for the construction of social responsibility in construction industry and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the sustainable development of construction industry social responsibility.
