对40个小麦、4个黑麦和2个小黑麦品种及品系的胚和盾片进行同工酶电泳分析,发现抗病和感病材料的过氧化物酶酶谱的主要差异在酶谱中部(B区).B区中一级酶带多,且在具有Rf0.50、0.56两条一级酶带的材料中,86%表现为抗白粉病.B区中一级酶带少的或缺少0.50、0.56带的材料中,91%感白粉病.因此认为用胚和盾片的过氧化物酶同工酶鉴定小麦对白粉病的抗性既简便易行,又具有较高的可靠性.
