目的:考察不同粒径连翘粉体中连翘苷的体外溶出规律,以指导粉碎加工技术。方法:采用HPLC测定连翘粗粉、细粉、超微粉中连翘苷的溶出量和溶出速率,并以数学模型拟合溶出曲线。结果:连翘粗粉、细粉、超微粉溶出曲线基本符合威布尔分布,其中T50分别为11.8,10.5,6.8 min,Q45分别为78.22%,81.91%,90.76%。结论:连翘药材经超微化后可明显提高连翘苷的溶出量和溶出速率。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the in vitro dissolution of forsythin in Forsythia suspensa Sieb.et Zucc. With different particle size to guide the crushing process. Methods: The dissolution rate and dissolution rate of forsythin in Forsythia suspense, fines and superfine powder were determined by HPLC, and the dissolution curve was fitted by mathematical model. Results: The dissolution curves of forsythia meal, fines and superfine powder basically corresponded to Weibull distribution, with T50 of 11.8, 10.5 and 6.8 min, and Q45 of 78.22%, 81.91% and 90.76%, respectively. Conclusion: Forsythia suspense can significantly improve the dissolution rate and dissolution rate of forsythin after being micronized.
