人力资源管理专业作为管理类专业的分支学科需要学生具备良好的管理思维、扎实的管理技能、权变的处理不同管理问题的灵活性,反映在高职高专人力资源课程的教学上就需要加强学生的管理理念的熏陶、实战技能的培养及理论真正结合实际的去思考问题。目前,高职高专人力资源管理专业由于实习实训条件的匮乏及专业本身的弱迁移性,导致学生处理实际问题的能力不强,专业实训课程体系的构建就显得尤为重要。
