采用机械合金化方法获得NiAl(Co)纳米晶粉末 ,经过热压 ,成功地制备出NiAl(Co)块体纳米晶材料·其晶粒尺寸约在 30 0~ 480nm ,致密度可达到 91%以上 ,室温压缩屈服强度达到12 5 0~ 140 0MPa ,是铸态NiAl合金的 3 1~ 3 5倍 ,室温塑性良好 ,有大约 13 %的压缩塑性·其中Ni50 Al4 0 Co10 纳米晶块体材料压缩率可达 30 % ,而无裂纹产生 ;Ni50 Al4 5Co5,在 980℃高温压缩至19 5 %无裂纹产生 ,变形均匀·还发现含γ′相的NiAl(Co)的双相纳米晶块体材料压缩性能优于单相NiAl(Co)纳米晶块体材料
The NiAl (Co) nanocrystalline powder was obtained by mechanical alloying and the NiAl (Co) bulk nanocrystalline material was successfully prepared by hot pressing. The grain size of the NiAl (Co) nanocrystalline material was about 30 ~ 480nm with the density of over 91% , The compressive yield strength at room temperature reaches 125 ~ 140 0MPa, which is 31 to 35 times that of the as-cast NiAl alloy, good plasticity at room temperature and about 13% compressive plasticity. The compressibility of the Ni50Al4O Co10 nanocrystalline bulk material Up to 30% without cracking. Ni50 Al4 5Co5 is compressed and cracked to 19.5% at 980 ℃ without cracking, and the deformation is uniform.
