患者男,35岁。因持续发热,咽痛,全身肌肉酸痛2天来诊。查体:体温39.8℃,双侧扁桃体化脓,无其它症状,双肺听诊无异常。诊断为:化脓性扁桃体炎。静脉滴注0.9%氯化钠注射液500ml,青霉素640万U,地塞米松10mg,4小时后患者出现四肢无力,呈驰缓性瘫痪,查体温、血压正常。于晚8时急诊入某医院,查血钾4.9gmmol/L,其余正常。当时诊断不明。未做任何处理,建议回家观察。此后上述症状未减轻,次日早6
