目的:探讨智谋理论的心理教育课程在抑郁症患者中的应用效果。方法:采用便利抽样法,选择2017年6月—2019年6月在丽水市第二人民医院接受治疗的72例抑郁症患者,随机分为对照组和干预组,各36例。对照组采用常规护理,干预组在此基础上实施基于智谋理论的心理教育课程。干预前后采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表17项(HAMD-17)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表进行效果评价。结果:干预组患者的HAMD-17、SDSS评分低于对照组,积极应对得分高于对照组,消极应对得分低于对照组,PSQI量表各维度得分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(n P<0.05)。干预组治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(n P<0.05)。n 结论:将基于智谋理论的心理教育课程应用于抑郁症患者中可显著降低患者的抑郁症状和社会功能缺陷,改善应对方式、睡眠质量与治疗效果,值得临床推广。“,”Objective:To explore the application effect of psychological education courses based on resourcefulness theory in patients with depression.Methods:Using the convenient sampling method, a total of 72 patients with depression who were treated at the Second People's Hospital of Lishui from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected and they were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group, with 36 cases in each. The control group used conventional nursing care, while the intervention group implemented psychological education courses based on resourcefulness theory. The 17-item Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) , Social Disability Screening Schedule (SDSS) , Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ) and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) were used to evaluate the efficacy before and after intervention.Results:The HAMD-17 score and SDSS score of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group, the positive coping score was higher than that of the control group, the negative coping score was lower than that of the control group, and the PSQI scores were lower than those of the control group. The differences were all statistically significant (n P<0.05) . The treatment effect of the intervention group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (n P<0.05) .n Conclusions:The application of psychological education courses based on resourcefulness theory to patients with depression can significantly reduce depressive symptoms and social function deficits of the patients and improve coping styles, sleep quality and treatment effects, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
