目的对肝硬变时去甲肾上腺素(NE)的肝清除力进行定性观察。方法采用改良Miller’s法建立硬变肝脏隔离灌流模型(IPCRL)行单程灌流,测定NE的首过肝摄取率及清除率。结果肝硬变时NE肝摄取率(32.42%±15.38%或1.78%±0.75%/g肝重)和清除率(5.99±3.35ml/min或0.32±0.21ml/min·g肝重)均明显低于正常肝脏灌流模型(IPRL)(P<0.05~0.001)。结论肝硬变时肝脏对NE的摄取清除能力明显降低。
Objective To observe the liver clearance of norepinephrine (NE) during cirrhosis. Methods The improved Miller’s method was used to establish the rigid liver isolation perfusion model (IPCRL) undergoing single pass perfusion to determine the first-pass hepatic uptake rate and clearance rate of NE. Results The hepatic uptake rate (32.42% ± 15.38% or 1.78% ± 0.75% / g liver weight) and clearance rate (5.99 ± 3.35ml / min or 0.32 ± 0.21ml / min · g liver weight) Lower than the normal liver perfusion model (IPRL) (P <0.05 ~ 0.001). Conclusion Liver cirrhosis of the liver uptake of NE was significantly reduced.
