一、前言高分辨率低聚合度聚乙烯醇(D—PVA)感光材料是我们多年来,在光学精密照相复制的过程中,经反复试验逐步得到应用的。这种材料与印刷和仪表行业所用的PVA有显著差别,工艺也不同。实践证明:经筛选的PVA,具有在常温水中显影脱胶彻底,成膜性好,工艺简便稳定,无毒害,成本低等特点。同时该感光胶,经光照后,用室温水显影,也能达到虫胶感光胶的分辨率水平,对加工高精度分划元件很有实用价值,为生产和科研提供了优良的新胶。当前各光学厂基本上使用虫胶照相复制镀铬工艺,来生产各种精密分划板等零件,复制过程中使用的虫胶感光胶在使用过程中
