为实现高功率激光装置长程传输光路中反射镜法线指向的精密准直,分析了反射镜法线指向安装误差来源。针对高功率激光装置结构和安装特点,选取了预准直、模块姿态离线复制和柔性对接相结合的精密准直方案。对离线准直测量精度和复位精度进行了验证,实验数据证实了方案的可行性。该技术在神光-Ⅲ主机装置光传输系统安装调试中取得了良好的效果。
In order to achieve the precise collimation of the normal direction of the mirror in the long-distance transmission optical path of the high-power laser device, the source of the installation error of the normal direction of the mirror is analyzed. Aiming at the structure and installation features of high power laser devices, a precise collimation scheme combining pre-alignment, offline posture of the module and flexible docking is selected. The accuracy of off-line collimation and reset precision were verified, and the experimental data confirmed the feasibility of the scheme. The technology has achieved good results in the installation and debugging of optical transmission system of SG-III host device.
