山东汇金国际金融中心采用混凝土框架-剪力墙结构,对其结构布置的特点、结构抗震性能目标的确定、计算分析等进行了介绍。针对不利布置和性能设计目标,选用多种软件对结构进行了小震弹性反应谱分析、小震弹性时程分析、中震不屈服验算、中震弹性验算、静力弹塑性分析及楼板应力分析。结果表明,采用多种软件对结构进行计算分析,并采用一定的构造设计措施,能实现结构预定的性能设计目标,同时也能提高结构体系的安全性。
Shandong Huijin International Financial Center adopts the concrete frame-shear wall structure, and introduces the characteristics of its structural arrangement, the determination of the seismic performance of the structure, calculation and analysis. In view of unfavorable layout and performance design goals, a variety of softwares were used to analyze the structure of small-structure elastic response spectra, small elastic time history analysis, mid-spring non-yielding checking, mid-spring elastic checking, static elastic-plastic analysis and floor stress analysis . The results show that using a variety of software to calculate and analyze the structure and adopting certain structural design measures can achieve the predetermined performance design goals of the structure and at the same time improve the safety of the structural system.
