集雨工程是一项省钱、易建、实用、利国利民的蓄水工程,对辉县市缺水地区特别适用,2010年,利用财政资金在砂锅窑村建设集雨灌溉工程,极大提升该区农业生产效益,成效显著。目前辉县市尚有0.39万hm2旱地不能补灌,如何能有效利用天然来水,解决旱地灌溉、人畜饮水问题,一直是辉县市探索此类区域农民脱贫致富奔小康的主要课题。文章从辉县市雨水集蓄利用工程的现状出发,根据近几年来雨水集蓄利用工程建设的实际情况,提出了一些雨水集蓄利用的经验与建议。

Therefore, how to effectively use natural reclaimed water and solve the problems of irrigating dry farmland and drinking water for people and livestock has always been the major task of Huixian City in exploring such peasants in poverty-stricken areas. Based on the current situation of rainwater harvesting and utilization project in Huixian City, this paper puts forward some experiences and suggestions on rainwater harvesting and utilization based on the actual situation of rainwater harvesting and utilization engineering in recent years.
