蛋白质是一类重要的生物大分子,其结构与性质得到了广泛的研究.差示扫描微量热法(DSC)可以获得蛋白质的热容(C_p)与温度的关系,对我们认识蛋白质的性质有重要的帮助作用.同时,DSC研究蛋白质相关体系新方法也在不断涌现.本文介绍了差示扫描微量热法在研究蛋白质解折叠机理、蛋白质稳定性以及复杂蛋白质体系等几个方面的进展.
Proteins are an important class of biological macromolecules whose structures and properties have been extensively studied.
