为选育耐盐亚麻品种,采用不同浓度中性盐(NaCl)、碱性盐(NaHCO3)和混合盐(NaCl/Na2CO3/NaHCO3)溶液对16份亚麻品种进行萌发期耐盐性鉴定。结果表明:中性盐胁迫下,黑亚19和双亚9发芽率最高,双亚12、黑亚14和黑亚17长势较好;碱性盐胁迫下,黑亚19和美若琳发芽率最高,黑亚17、Agatha和Diane长势较好;混合盐胁迫下,黑亚19和双亚14发芽率最高,Agatha、美若琳和Diane长势较好。综合上述结果,亚麻黑亚19在萌发期的耐盐能力最强,其次是Agatha和黑亚17;高浓度盐胁迫下不同品种间发芽率的变异程度较大,可作为亚麻耐盐品种筛选评价的标准;不同亚麻品种对中性盐和碱性盐的耐受能力不同。
In order to breed salt-tolerant flax varieties, the salt tolerance of 16 flax varieties during germination was identified by using different concentrations of neutral salt (NaCl), alkaline salt (NaHCO3) and mixed salt (NaCl / Na2CO3 / NaHCO3) The results showed that under the neutral salt stress, the germination rate of Heiya 19 and Shuiya 9 was the highest, and the growth of Shuya 12, Heiya 14 and Heiya 17 was better under alkaline salt stress. Under alkaline salt stress, the germination rate of Heya 19 and Melaner was the highest , Heiya 17, Agatha and Diane grew better. Under the mixed salt stress, the germination rates of Heiya 19 and Shuangya 14 were the highest, and Agatha, Merlot and Diane grew well. Based on the above results, Yahehe 19 had the strongest salt tolerance in germination stage, followed by Agatha and Heiya17. The variation of germination rate among different varieties under high concentration of salt stress was greater, which could be used as the screening evaluation of flax salt tolerant varieties The standard; different flax varieties on the neutral salt and alkaline salt tolerance.
