目的:建立固相萃取HPLC法测定水中7种除草剂的检测方法。方法:水样经Oasis HLB柱富集,甲醇洗脱。采用Kinetex C18柱(100 mm×2.6μm,i.d.4.6 mm)以乙腈+5 mmol/L乙酸为流动相进行梯度洗脱分离,紫外检测器检测,外标法定量。结果:水中西玛津、噻磺隆、甲磺隆、氯磺隆、莠去津、苄嘧磺隆、氯嘧磺隆共7种除草剂在1.0μg/L~50.0μg/L范围具有良好的线性,回收率在94.2%~105.1%范围,RSD均小于5.0%,最低定量检出限在0.20μg/L~0.30μg/L范围。结论:该方法具有快速、灵敏、简便、准确等优点,能满足实际工作的需要。
Objective: To develop a HPLC method for the determination of 7 herbicides in water. Methods: The water sample was enriched by Oasis HLB column and eluted with methanol. The separation was performed on a Kinetex C18 column (100 mm × 2.6 μm, i.d.4.6 mm) using gradient elution with acetonitrile + 5 mmol / L acetic acid as the mobile phase. UV detector detection and external standard quantification were performed. Results: A total of 7 herbicides in the range of 1.0μg / L ~ 50.0μg / L were tested in the water of simazine, thifensulfuron-methyl, metsulfuron-methyl, chlorsulfuron, atrazine, bensulfuron- The recoveries were in the range of 94.2% ~ 105.1%. The RSDs were all less than 5.0%. The detection limits of the compounds were in the range of 0.20μg / L ~ 0.30μg / L. Conclusion: The method is fast, sensitive, simple and accurate, which can meet the needs of practical work.
