2011年教师节前夕,北京市第十九中学校长余晓灵意外收到一份“特殊的礼物”——来自学生家长的一条短信。短信中,家长的欣喜与感激溢于言表:“自从儿子上高中以后,找到了久违的快乐,每天都高高兴兴。这是孩子给我们最大的惊喜。感谢校长推行积极心理健康教育让孩子积极上进,感谢老师们每天对孩子的鼓励和关爱!”对余晓灵而言,这是最棒的节日“贺礼”。因为他看到教师注重挖掘学生潜能,看到学生因为内驱力被激发而主动发展,看到积极、乐观、向上的心理品质开始植入师生心间!
