为贯彻落实全国再就业工作会议和全国职业教育工作会议精神,动员各类学校积极开展下岗失业人员再就业培训工作,使教育更好地为当地经济和社会发展服务,现将有关事项通知如下:一、做好下岗失业人员再就业工作,直接关系着我国改革开放的大局和国家的长治久安。各级教育行政部门和学校要认真学习贯彻全国再就业工作会议和全国职业教育工作会议精神,从实践“三个代表”的要求出发,进一步提高对再就业培训工作的认识,把下岗失业人员再就业培训作为重要职责,增强工作的紧迫感、责任感,主动承担再就业培训任务。
In order to implement the national reemployment work conference and the national conference on vocational education, we should mobilize all kinds of schools to actively carry out reemployment training for laid-off workers and make education better serve the local economic and social development. We hereby notify you of the relevant issues as follows: First, doing a good job of reemployment of laid-off and unemployed people is directly related to the overall situation of China’s reform and opening up and the long-term peace and stability of the country. The administrative departments of education at all levels and schools should conscientiously study and implement the spirit of the National Conference on Reemployment Work and the National Conference on Vocational Education Work, proceed from the requirements of practice and “three represents” to further raise awareness of the reemployment training and put the laid off workers Personnel re-employment training as an important responsibility to enhance the sense of urgency of work, sense of responsibility, take the initiative to undertake the task of re-employment training.
