我院1981年6月~1982年3月应用国产负压肾穿针经皮肤肾穿刺活检10例,成功7例,2例因穿刺点过低,1例因穿刺点过外未能刺中肾脏。7例穿刺成功者所取出的肾组织最长者2.3cm,最短者0.8cm,1.0cm 以上者6例,将其分段进行光镜和电镜检查,光镜下看见肾小球平均13个。穿刺点定位甚为重要,一般选择右肾下极。本组病例均用A 型超声波和静脉肾盂造影定位,再确定体表穿刺点。超声探测右肾:
