激励性原则是指在教学过程中,教师通过语言、情感和合适的教学方法,给不同学习能力的学生给予肯定、赞扬和激励,让学生在心理上获得自信,能够积极主动进行学习的一种教学策略。当前,由于音乐课在学生课业成绩中所占比重较小,导致学生不重视,教师不重视,使得音乐课堂教学效率较低,同时音乐课堂在实际的教学中也存在很多问题。所以本文就对激励性原则在小学音乐教学中的运用进行探讨。
Incentive principle refers to the teaching process, teachers through the language, emotion and appropriate teaching methods, to students with different learning ability affirmed, praised and motivated, so that students psychologically confident, can take the initiative to learn a teaching strategy. At present, due to the small proportion of music lessons in students’ academic performance, students do not pay attention, teachers do not pay attention, making music classroom teaching less efficient, and there are many problems in the actual teaching of music classroom. Therefore, this article discusses the application of incentive principle in primary school music teaching.
