脉络膜上腔暴发性出血,又称脉络膜暴发性出血,或脉络膜躯逐性出血,是内眼手术罕见的并发症。因其情况紧急,预后严重,国内文献未见报导,近十多年来我们遇到数例,故将国外主要文献综述如下。一、历史1870年法国学者Wenzel第一次报导白内障手术发生脉络脉上腔暴发性出血。当初法国文献曾用“bete of the ophthalmic surgeon”来形容本症之严重性,意即眼外科医生的不幸。
Fulminant choroidal bleeding, also known as choroidal fulminant hemorrhage, or choroidal hemorrhage, is a rare complication of intraocular surgery. Because of its emergency situation, the prognosis is serious, the domestic literature has not been reported, we encountered a few cases in the recent ten years, so the main foreign literature is summarized as follows. First, the history of 1870 French scholar Wenzel first reported cataract surgery venous cavernous hemorrhage. The French literature had used the “bete of the ophthalmic surgeon” to describe the severity of the disease, which means that the ophthalmologist’s misfortune.
