优良的教学工作标准,是用评价手段来反映的,而评价教学工作的客观系统,却极少使用。所以,对一位教师的教学工作成绩的评价,常常凭视导员的主观反应来决定。一些现行的教学工作成绩评价表,无法充分反映一位教师的真正能力。结果是,这些评价表总是不能达到改进教师教学工作这一主要目的。用来评定第二语言教师工作成绩的表格极少,且偏于理论,不重实用。另外,为使教师能会使用,还需对表格使用者作广泛的训练。这些表格也并未为第二语言教师提供一个实用的手段,以帮助他们指出自己的长处和缺点。
Good teaching standards, is to use evaluation methods to reflect, and evaluation of teaching objective systems, but rarely used. Therefore, the evaluation of the teaching performance of a teacher often depends on the subjective response of the instructor. Some current teaching performance evaluation forms do not fully reflect the true ability of a teacher. As a result, these evaluation forms have always failed to achieve the main goal of improving teachers’ teaching. The forms used to assess the performance of teachers in second language are few and far from theoretical and not practical. In addition, a wide range of training is required for the users of the form in order to be able to use the teacher. Nor have these forms provided a second-language teacher a practical tool to help them identify their strengths and weaknesses.
