随着经济社会的发展,生活水平的提高,个人拥有的财产在种类和数量上都极大地丰富,表现形态不一。继承公证作为公证机构的主要业务之一,在新的形势下也面临诸多挑战。本文结合继承公证的相关理论和实践,采用案例分析的方法,对法定继承公证中继承人权利行使的现状进行探讨,分析原因,寻求解决方案,保障法定继承人的法律地位。
With the development of economy and society and the improvement of living standards, the property owned by individuals has been greatly enriched in both types and numbers, with different forms of performance. Inheritance of notarization as one of the major businesses of a notary office also faces many challenges in the new situation. Based on the theory and practice of inheritance and notarization, this article uses the method of case analysis to discuss the status quo of exercising the right of succession in notarization of legal succession, analyzes the reasons and seeks solutions to protect the legal status of legal heir.
