目的:比较精索鞘膜翻转术和精索囊肿切除术的疗效。方法:将48例原发性精索囊肿患者按照入院顺序编码,奇数为试验组(施行精索鞘膜翻转术),偶数为对照组(施行精索囊肿切除术),比较两组手术时间、术后阴囊肿胀情况、住院天数、住院费用、切口愈合情况,术后随访观察是否复发。结果:试验组手术时间、住院天数比对照组短,阴囊肿胀情况比对照组轻,住院费用比对照组少,切口全部甲级愈合,术后均无复发。结论:行精索鞘膜翻转术能达到与精索囊肿切除术一样的效果,且具有节省手术时间、减少术后阴囊肿胀、降低住院费用、手术容易掌握等优点。建议将精索鞘膜翻转术作为精索囊肿的首选术式。
Objective: To compare the curative effect of sphincter sheath inversion and spermatic cyst resection. Methods: Forty-eight patients with primary spermatic cord cyst were coded according to the order of admission, with the odd number as test group (spermatic sheath inversion operation) and the even number as control group (spermatic cyst excision). The operation time, Scrotal swelling after surgery, hospital days, hospitalization costs, incision healing, postoperative follow-up observation of recurrence. Results: The operation time and length of stay in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group. The swelling of the scrotal skin was lighter than that of the control group. The hospitalization cost was less than that of the control group. All the incisions healed with grade A and no recurrence occurred after the operation. CONCLUSION: The sphincter sheath twitch operation can achieve the same effect as spermatic cord cyst resection, and has the advantages of saving operation time, reducing scrotal swelling after operation, reducing hospitalization cost, and easily controlling the operation. Proposed sphincter sheath inversion surgery as spermatic cord preferred surgical approach.
