为了研究戴氏虫草菌丝体水提物对 γ射线辐射损伤小鼠的脾细胞产生抗羊红细胞抗体、血清溶血素水平、淋巴细胞增殖等的影响 ,以60 Coγ射线放射损伤小鼠为动物模型 ,采用脾细胞 SRBC溶血反应 (QHS)比色法测定脾细胞产生抗羊红细胞抗体 ,溶血素测定 (HC50 )比色法测定血清溶血素水平 ,MTT比色法测定淋巴细胞增殖 .结果表明在一定剂量条件下 ,戴氏虫草菌丝体水提物可以恢复γ射线辐射损伤小鼠脾细胞产生抗 SRBC抗体的能力和血清溶血素的水平 ,同时也能够恢复脾 B淋巴细胞的增殖能力和脾淋巴细胞数目 .因此我们初步认为戴氏虫草菌丝体水提物对放射损伤小鼠体液免疫具有保护作用 .
In order to study the effects of aqueous extract of Cordyceps militaris mycelium on the production of anti-sheep erythrocyte antibody, serum hemolysin and lymphocyte proliferation in γ-ray irradiated mice, 60Co γ -ray radiation-injured mice were used as animal models , Anti-sheep antibody was detected by spleen cells SRBC hemolysis (QHS) colorimetric assay, serum hemolysin was determined by hemolysin assay (HC50) colorimetric assay, and lymphocyte proliferation was measured by MTT colorimetric assay.The results showed that in certain Under the condition of dose, Cordyceps militaris mycelia aqueous extract could restore the ability of spleen cells to produce anti-SRBC antibody and the level of serum hemolysin in γ-ray irradiated mice, and also restore the proliferation ability of splenic B lymphocytes and splenic lymph Cell number.Therefore, we initially believe that Cordyceps sinensis mycelia aqueous extract has protective effect on humoral immunity of radiation-injured mice.
