临床教学是医院核心工作的一个重要组成部分。我院早在70年代初就承担佳木斯医学院的临床实习任务。到90年代又正式成为牡丹江医学院的教学医院。多年来在临床带教方面做了大量工作,取得了一定成绩,也积累了丰富的经验。 1 领导重视是搞好临床教学的根本 领导重视是一切工作成功的保障。在实施教学整改过程中,我院领导十分重视并贯穿始末。首先领导学习有关文件,充分了解其内涵,以确保教育教学质量,为医疗卫生事业培养和输送合格人才。在此基础上我院成立了由主管院长负责、科教科主抓、各教研室运作的三级负责制。相继召
