本文根据大量的计算示功图及总切力曲线图,归纳出气体压力所产生的扭矩不均匀输出系数K′值和剩余功ΔE_1′的数学关系式,再叠加上由往复惯性力所产生的剩余功值,即得到柴油机的总剩余功值。用数学公式计算法代替目前所用的表格计算法。算得的柴油机总当量惯量Ⅰ。其误差可控制在5%以内,并用统计法提供了活塞、连杆重量的估算式,从而为先期确定柴油机的扭转自振频率,提供了一个简捷并且有一定精度的预估法。
