本文报告采用放射免疫法测定流行性出血热(EHF)病人不同病期血浆心钠素含量。结果表明:低血压少尿期以及多尿期血浆心钠素较正常人显著升高,且轻、重二组分别于低血压少尿期和多尿期达到高峰。提示心钠素可能参与EHF的发病过程。并对心钠素升高的意义及机制进行了初步探讨,可为临床EHF的诊断及治疗提供一定的理论依据。
This article reports the use of radioimmunoassay in the determination of plasma levels of atrial natriuretic peptide in patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF) at different stages. The results showed that hypotension oliguric period and polyuria plasma atrial natriuretic peptide increased significantly than normal, and the light and the weight of the two groups were peaked in hypotension oliguria and polyuria. Suggesting that atrial natriuretic peptide may be involved in the pathogenesis of EHF. The significance and mechanism of atrial natriuretic peptide (NAA) increase are discussed preliminarily, which may provide some theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical EHF.
