本文描述用激光干涉的方法测量机械振动的幅值及相位,并由此测量振动传感器灵敏度的幅频及相频特性,重点是相频特性,特别是反正切函数的计算方法。
In this paper, the method of laser interferometry is used to measure the amplitude and phase of mechanical vibration, and the amplitude and phase frequency characteristics of the vibration sensor are measured. The emphasis is on the calculation of phase-frequency characteristics, especially the arc tangent function.
