以10个不同基因型的大豆幼胚为材料进行组织培养,研究不同播种季节和基因型对体细胞胚诱导率的影响,以及继代培养基状态和蔗糖含量对体细胞胚增殖的影响。结果表明:(1)同一基因型大豆幼胚,不同播种季节对体细胞胚诱导率的影响表现为春季>温室>秋季>夏季;(2)在同一培养和诱导条件下,体细胞胚诱导率较高的基因型是垦丰23,北4217,绥农30和绥农28;(3)液体的继代培养基相对固态,更有利于体细胞胚增殖;(4)继代培养基中高浓度蔗糖(60 g·L-1)有利于体细胞胚的增殖。
Ten different genotypes of soybean immature embryos were used as materials to study the effects of different sowing seasons and genotypes on the induction rate of somatic embryos and the effect of subculture medium status and sucrose content on the proliferation of somatic embryos.
