针对公司专业技术人员的岗位设置,确定了纵横两条专业技术岗位层次,制定了不同层次岗位的评价和考核标准,提出了对应的培训思路,为专业技术人员的职业生涯做出了设计。对不拘一格选人才,规范人才管理,给优秀专业技术人员提供更大的发展空间进行了初步的思考和研究。
According to the post establishment of professional and technical personnel of the Company, two vertical and horizontal professional and technical positions were established, evaluation and assessment standards of different positions were formulated, corresponding training ideas were put forward, and the professional and technical personnel’s career was designed. The preliminary thinking and research on the eclectic selection of qualified personnel, the standardization of personnel management, and the provision of more room for development for excellent professional and technical personnel are carried out.
