对于处于工业化、城市化进程中的欠发达城市,工业能源消费所产生的二氧化碳排放已成为城市碳排放的主要来源,研究工业碳排放对低碳城市建设具有重要意义。本文从纵向、分行业、横向三个层面对南昌市规模以上工业企业能源消费产生的二氧化碳排放进行了估算与分析,提出了南昌市实现工业低碳发展的路径:通过传统产业低碳化、低碳产业支柱化带动工业结构低碳转型;通过低碳产业价值链延长、空间链拓展促进工业低碳可持续发展;通过跨国、跨领域、跨产业的合作推动工业低碳发展品质提升;通过多元化、阶段性产业政策加快工业低碳发展环境优化。
For the underdeveloped cities in the process of industrialization and urbanization, the emission of carbon dioxide from industrial energy consumption has become the main source of urban carbon emissions. It is of great significance to study industrial carbon emissions for the construction of low-carbon cities. This paper estimates and analyzes the carbon dioxide emissions from the energy consumption of industrial enterprises above designated size in Nanchang from three aspects: vertical, sub-sector and horizontal. It puts forward the path of low-carbon industrial development in Nanchang: through low-carbon traditional industries, Industrial Pillars Lead to Low Carbon Transformation of Industrial Structure; Promote Industrial Low-carbon Sustainable Development through Extension of Value Chain of Low Carbon Industry, Space Chain Expansion; Enhancement of Industrial Low-carbon Development Quality through Multi-National, Cross-Sector and Cross-Industry Collaboration; Phased industrial policies to speed up industrial low-carbon development environment optimization.
