Due to the higher intermediate frequency, there is a certain intermediate frequency bandwidth requirement, so some special considerations have been made in the design of mixer circuits. All circuits are made on a 30 × 40 × 1 mm ~ 3 ceramic substrate. Through the environmental test conditions assessment, the electrical performance is stable, the structure is reliable.
