从140株经60Co辐照诱变处理过的酵母菌中筛选出1株突变株,其胞内GSH产率提高了45.8%。对该菌株的培养基组分进行了正交试验优化。优化后的培养基成分为:3.0%葡萄糖,0.1%磷酸氢二氨,0.6%硫酸铵,2.0%酵母膏。优化条件下,突变株CoL2-21的胞内GSH产率提高了122%。
One mutant strain was screened from 140 strains of yeast mutated by 60Co irradiation, and the intracellular GSH production rate increased by 45.8%. The media components of this strain were optimized by orthogonal test. Optimized media components were: 3.0% glucose, 0.1% diammonium hydrogen phosphate, 0.6% ammonium sulfate, 2.0% yeast extract. Under optimized conditions, the intracellular GSH yield of mutant strain CoL2-21 increased by 122%.
