党的十四届三中全会,制定了关于建立社会主义市场经济体制若干问题的决定,将市场经济体制有机地和社会主义基本制度结合起来,为中国面向世界实行全方位开放和为尽快实现中国经济与国际间贸易全方位接轨创造了条件。前进的中国,从工业到农业,从沿海到内地,大江南北改革与开放的浪潮一浪高过一浪,显示了勃勃生机与活力。在这经济活动市场化的今天,对于刚步出计划经济的地方科研机构的生存与发展,提出了一系列刻不容缓的课题。本文拟就市场经济体制下科研机构如何生存和发展进行一些探讨。
The Third Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has formulated the decision on certain issues concerning the establishment of a socialist market economic system. It has organically integrated the market economic system with the basic socialist system and has implemented all-round opening up for China to the world and China as soon as possible The conditions for the economy to be fully integrated with international trade have been created. Moving forward, China, from industry to agriculture, from the coast to the interior, waves of reform and opening up to the north and south of the Yangtze River have shown waves of vigor and vitality. At this marketization of economic activities, a series of urgent issues have been put forward for the survival and development of local scientific research institutes that have just stepped out of the planned economy. This article intends to market research institutions how to survive and develop some discussion.
