中国兵工学会防腐包装学会成立大会及第一次学术交流大会,于一九七九年六月二十日至二十六日在重庆胜利召开.这是我国兵器工业防腐包装科学技术工作者的一次盛会.出席这次大会的有中国兵工学会常务理事桑仲林同志,国家科委腐蚀学科组付组长张文奇同志,五机部科学研究院,四川省五局和重庆市科协的领导同志,有在兵工防腐战线上奋斗几十年的老一辈工程师,有已经作出较大贡献的中、青年工程技术人员,有从事防腐包装专业科学研究的专业科研工作者,还有致力于培养金属防腐和兵器维护一代新人的院校教师,以及直接从事兵器保养维护工作的部队科技人员,共104人.
