目的调查分析20 12年河南省清丰县手足口病的发病情况,为制定手足口病防治工作措施提供科学依据。方法对2012年清丰县手足口病疫情的病例分布(包括时间分布、地区分布、人群年龄及性别分布)进行流行病学研究。结果(1)报告病例3月份进入高发期,比去年提前1个月,并呈地方聚集现象;重症病例多于2 0 1 1年同期,以EV71肠道病毒为主。(2)主要发病人群是学龄前散居儿童,其次为幼托儿童,男性多于女性。结论通过调查分析,找出手足口病多发的原因,采取严格的卫生管理措施,以减少受感染的机会,从而降低手足口病的发病率,确保儿童的健康成长。
Objective To investigate and analyze the incidence of HFMD in Qingfeng County, Henan Province in 2012 and provide a scientific basis for the development of HFMD measures. Methods Epidemiological studies on case distribution (including time distribution, regional distribution, population age and sex distribution) of HFMD in Qingfeng County in 2012 were conducted. Results (1) The reported cases entered the period of high incidence in March, one month earlier than last year, and showed the phenomenon of local aggregation. The severe cases were more than the same period in 2011, with EV71 mainly. (2) The main affected population is preschool-aged children, followed by preschool children, more males than females. Conclusions Through investigation and analysis, find out the causes of hand-foot-mouth disease and take strict health management measures to reduce the chances of infection, so as to reduce the incidence of hand-foot-mouth disease and ensure the healthy growth of children.
