红沿河3、4号机组RGL电源柜的设计,参考了秦山二期和大亚湾核电站棒控系统电源柜的设计特点,采用“一带四”方案,即一组电源机箱控制四台CRDM的运行。文章对RGL系统进行了描述,还介绍了RGL电源柜的功能、工作原理和硬件设计,并采用NI虚拟仪器采集信号和进行系统调试。实验结果表明,设计的电源柜功能正常、电流波形稳定,达到了设计要求。
Red Rhone 3,4 units RGL power cabinet design, with reference to Qinshan Phase II and Daya Bay nuclear power plant stick control system power cabinet design features, using a “four” program, that is, a group of power chassis control four CRDM run. The article describes the RGL system, introduces the function, working principle and hardware design of the RGL power cabinet, and uses NI virtual instruments to collect signals and perform system debugging. The experimental results show that the design of the power supply cabinet function is normal, the current waveform is stable, has reached the design requirements.
